Requirements:
Strategy & Revenue Growth
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies designed to drive product adoption and scale revenue.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine product positioning, ensuring our messaging resonates with the market.
Leadership & Team Management
Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring all members are equipped to meet or exceed their individual and collective targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key sales metrics and provide regular, data-driven reports on performance and market trends to senior leadership.
Sales Cycle & Relationship Management
Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire sales journey—from lead generation and initial outreach to negotiation and closing high-value contracts.
Client Relations: Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain a clean, efficient, and predictable sales pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for SaaS or tech-related products.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Technical & Professional Skills:
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and modern customer acquisition strategies.
Expertise in managing sales pipelines and high proficiency with CRM tools.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
