Job Description:
Leadway Group is seeking a high-caliber Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales force and drive strategic market expansion. This role is designed for a result-oriented leader who can manage the entire sales lifecycle from high-level strategy and team development to the granular monitoring of sales goals. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a formidable team, ensuring they are technically proficient in our products and motivated to exceed targets in a competitive landscape.

Requirements:
Team Leadership & Development
Recruitment & Training: Develop a formidable sales team by providing continuous training on insurance products, services, and effective presentation techniques.
Performance Motivation: Provide direct support and motivation to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Supervision: Oversee the advertising and presentation strategies used by the team to ensure brand alignment and effectiveness.
Strategic Sales & Marketing
Objective Setting: Establish clear sales objectives and service standards to guide the team’s daily activities.
Strategic Planning: Design and implement robust marketing plans and sales strategies, providing regular feedback to optimize results.
Market Sourcing: Actively identify new market opportunities and manage existing client portfolios to ensure a steady revenue stream.
Industry Intelligence: Stay current with insurance industry developments and regulatory changes to keep the team’s approach competitive.
Operational Management
Target Accountability: Contribute directly to meeting and exceeding organizational sales targets through effective coordination and resource management.
Customer Relations: Resolve complex customer queries professionally and maintain excellent service standards.
Reporting: Monitor sales goals and objectives, providing data-driven reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
HND, B.Sc., or its equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience:
Previous Insurance or Banking experience is mandatory.
Proven background in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management.
