Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our revenue growth and expand our market presence across both physical and digital channels. In this strategic role, you will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on leadership to develop high-impact sales initiatives, forge valuable partnerships, and strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional with a proven track record of scaling sales operations and maintaining an exceptional brand experience.

Requirements:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead and coordinate sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets. Develop long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new high-value opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to broaden our market footprint.

  • Account & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, wholesale partners, and key industry stakeholders. Actively manage wholesale accounts and support the expansion of third-party stockists.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine our go-to-market strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are perfectly aligned with sales objectives and lead-generation efforts.

  • Channel Management: Drive revenue growth across all retail and digital sales channels, ensuring consistent service excellence across every touchpoint.

  • Team Leadership: Support the training, development, and motivation of the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, report on key KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership/management role.

  • Channel Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing both B2B and B2C sales channels successfully.

  • Core Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on market analytics and sales performance management.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools, sales software, and digital commerce platforms.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management capabilities.

Salary

N800,000 per month.
