Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Sales & Growth Manager to help build early momentum for our SaaS startup. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" digital growth role where you will be responsible for expanding our footprint within the beauty and wellness industry.

If you are a master of cold outreach, understand the psychology of conversion, and have a passion for the beauty and fashion space, this is your chance to lead our growth efforts and potentially transition into a Head of Growth role.

Requirements:

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Direct Engagement: Execute daily cold outreach (50–100 targeted DMs) to salons and nail technicians.

  • Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with prospects, qualify serious leads, and direct them to our landing page or book demo calls.

  • CRM Oversight: Maintain a meticulously organized CRM to track every interaction and lead status.

Conversion & Trial Activation

  • Trial Success: Drive signups for our 14-day free trial and promote our exclusive "Founding 50 Program."

  • User Engagement: Follow up with trial users to ensure activation and encourage the creation of testimonial videos and case studies.

Content & Brand Oversight

  • Aesthetic Integrity: Collaborate with our video editor to ensure all marketing content maintains our premium brand aesthetic (Midnight Blue, Soft Gold, and White).

  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and reach out to influencers for collaborations, live demos, and brand partnerships.

Tracking & Strategy

  • Data-Driven Growth: Track DMs sent, reply rates, signups, and conversions.

  • Reporting: Submit weekly performance reports and suggest data-backed strategies to improve our conversion funnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or sales—ideally within the beauty, fashion, or SaaS sectors.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a grasp of conversion psychology.

  • Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized and data-driven, comfortable with daily activity tracking and CRM management.

  • Industry Insight: A deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry in Nigeria.

  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools for outreach, reporting, and basic content review.

Salary

₦250,000 - ₦350,000/month
