Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our IT products and services.
- The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, engage clients, and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMEs, corporates, and government organizations
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
- Work with presales/technical teams to design customized solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Monthly/quarterly sales revenue
- Number of new clients acquired
- Lead conversion rate
- Sales pipeline growth
- Customer retention and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in IT sales or technology-related sales
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in simple terms
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
