Job Description:
We are seeking a competitive, trustworthy, and high-energy Sales Executive to drive our business activities and expand our market reach. In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your goal is to help us build a robust client base through a mix of strategic market research, proactive networking, and exceptional product presentation.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated "closer" who thrives under pressure and possesses the interpersonal finesse to turn initial inquiries into long-term contracts.
Requirements:
Business Development & Prospecting
Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate evolving customer needs.
Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, professional networking, and strategic social media engagement.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
Sales Execution & Negotiation
Client Engagement: Set up and lead meetings with potential clients to listen to their specific concerns and tailor solutions to their needs.
Deal Closing: Negotiate and finalize contracts, sales packages, and agreements to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle client complaints or objections, turning challenges into opportunities for service excellence.
Account Management & Reporting
Performance Review: Consistently review personal sales performance and create frequent reports with accurate sales and financial data.
Records Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales pipeline progress, and closed deals.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with team members and internal departments to share customer feedback and ensure product availability for sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Education
Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or in a similar revenue-generating role.
Market Knowledge: Thorough understanding of modern marketing and negotiation techniques.
Technical & Professional Skills
Tools: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM software is a significant advantage.
Communication: Proficiency in English with the ability to deliver attractive and persuasive presentations.
Customer Relations: Deep knowledge of customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
