Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-growing FMCG team. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key relationships, and ensuring our products are available and visible across your assigned territory. If you are a high-energy professional with a passion for sales and a track record of meeting targets, we invite you to help us drive our market growth.

Requirements:

  • Field Supervision: Monitor and supervise the daily activities of merchandisers to ensure store standards and product placement are top-notch.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesalers, distributors, sub-distributors, and modern trade accounts (supermarkets).

  • Sales Growth: Drive product visibility, availability, and market penetration by setting and tracking targets for your team.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze competitor pricing, activities, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to management.

  • Collaboration: Partner with VSRs and the broader sales team during market activations and high-impact sales drives.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate customer databases and submit detailed daily/weekly sales reports to track performance against KPIs.

  • Target Achievement: Take ownership of assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent month-on-month growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the FMCG sector.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic reporting and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Personal Attributes: A high level of resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

  • Market Acumen: Ability to analyze market trends and pivot strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
