Job Description:

  • The Optimal Bricks Sales Executive is responsible for managing and closing property sales while building strong client relationships.
  • The role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Manage property listings and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively with clients and property owners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Should have 5 years sales experience with proven records.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property selling processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and client-oriented approach.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by the state).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
