Job Description:

• Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.

• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to ensure their requirements are met.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and deliverables within the set timelines.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales efforts.

• Assess the territory or market potential, monitor sales performance, and prepare status reports.

• Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.

• Seek continuous improvement by actively incorporating feedback.
