Job Description:
Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to ensure their requirements are met.
Build, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
Engage potential customers through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and deliverables within the set timelines.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales efforts.
Assess the territory or market potential, monitor sales performance, and prepare status reports.
Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
Seek continuous improvement by actively incorporating feedback.
