Job Description:
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities within the engineering sector
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, accounts, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal stages in the CRM
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent data hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Generate periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights from CRM data
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical needs assessments
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents
- Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals
- Monitor customer feedback and post-sales support activities through CRM tracking
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 2 - 4 years in technical sales within engineering, construction, or industrial environments
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting is mandatory
- COREN or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Salary
