Job Description:

We are looking for a vibrant, creative, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and leaves with a smile. From curating thoughtful gift combinations and executing beautiful gift wraps to maintaining our aesthetic displays, you will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience. If you have a passion for retail, a creative eye for design, and a knack for helping people, we want to meet you.

Requirements:

• Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, friendly shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting décor, kitchenware, and specialty gifts by offering creative recommendations tailored to their needs.

• Gift Curation & Presentation: Curate thoughtful gift sets and provide beautiful gift-wrapping services.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain and refresh eye-catching product displays that align with our brand and seasonal themes. Ensure the store floor remains neat, organized, and inviting.

• Store Operations: Manage POS transactions accurately, handle opening/closing procedures, restock inventory, and assist with shipments and stockroom organization.

• Digital Support: Assist in building our online presence by styling products for Instagram, capturing content (photos/videos), and responding to basic social media inquiries.

• Inventory & Teamwork: Assist with stock counts, monitor product levels, and communicate customer feedback to management to help drive sales and improve store operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a gift, home décor, or specialty boutique environment.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and a creative flair for merchandising.

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, proactive, and a natural team player who is eager to learn and grow.
