Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and high-energy Sales and Media Manager to lead our commercial and digital growth efforts in Lagos. This hybrid role requires a unique professional who is equally comfortable closing high-value deals in a boardroom as they are managing high-performing digital ad campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire growth funnel—from creating engaging social media content that generates leads to executing the sales strategies that convert those leads into revenue.
The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales and a deep mastery of the Nigerian digital media landscape.
Requirements:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies designed to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, managing everything from initial lead generation and qualification to final closing and contract signing.
Client Relations: Identify new business opportunities and build long-term, high-trust relationships with key corporate and individual clients.
Proposals & Pitching: Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and tailored business proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
Performance Tracking: Maintain rigorous records of sales activities and provide regular performance reports to management.
Media & Digital Marketing Management
Campaign Execution: Plan and launch multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging digital assets, including graphics, short-form videos, compelling captions, and ad copy.
Community Growth: Manage and grow the company’s social media footprint, ensuring high engagement rates and brand loyalty.
Paid Advertising: Manage advertising budgets effectively, running targeted paid campaigns and optimizing for the lowest cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor real-time analytics to identify trends, optimize underperforming ads, and ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Brand Integrity: Maintain absolute brand consistency in voice, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital and traditional media channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Dual Expertise: Proven experience in both direct sales and professional social media management.
Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Lagos business environment and Nigerian consumer digital behavior.
Technical & Professional Skills
Digital Toolkit: Proficiency in social media management tools, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite).
Sales Mastery: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and digital metrics to drive informed business decisions.
Salary
