Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performance Sales and Marketing Officer to join our automotive team in Lekki. In the premium vehicle sector, success is defined by "Consultative Influence", the ability to guide high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients through complex, high-value purchase decisions. This role is designed for a "Commercial Catalyst" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Automotive Passion" with the "Relationship Diplomacy" required to move inventory and secure long-term loyalty.
Your mission is to ensure "Market Dominance and Seamless Value Integration." You will be the primary engine of our showroom: responsible for end-to-end lead generation, luxury vehicle presentation, and the cross-selling of auxiliary services like insurance and registration. If you possess "Negotiation Mastery," a target-driven mindset, and a background in Automotive Sales, we want you to drive our commercial excellence.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Sales Orchestration
Target-Driven Growth: Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing support and physical networking to consistently meet and exceed monthly vehicle sales quotas.
Product Showcase: Execute sophisticated vehicle presentations, highlighting technical specifications, safety features, and luxury amenities to drive customer desire.
Closing Mastery: Navigate complex negotiation cycles, ensuring competitive pricing that maintains healthy profit margins while securing the sale.
2. Relationship Governance & Service Integration
Client Stewardship: Build and manage a robust portfolio of corporate entities and individual HNI (High-Net-Worth) clients, ensuring a "Client-for-Life" approach.
Value-Added Cross-Selling: Seamlessly integrate additional services into the sales process, including vehicle insurance, maintenance packages, and registration services.
Reputation Management: Act as a brand ambassador in the Lekki axis, ensuring all client interactions reflect the prestige and professionalism of the dealership.
3. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Performance Analytics: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing management with data-driven insights into market trends and customer preferences.
Marketing Synergy: Support local marketing activities, including activations, pop-up events, and digital campaigns, to increase showroom footfall.
Market Monitoring: Stay updated on competitor pricing and new model launches within the Lagos automobile market to adjust sales tactics proactively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of progressive sales experience. Automotive/Car sales experience is highly preferred.
Location Edge: Deep familiarity with the Lekki/Victoria Island/Ikoyi commercial and residential landscape.
