Xina Agro Enterprises Limited is an integrated agribusiness operating a flagship 30 hectare model farm in Adeje, Okpe LGA, Delta State, Nigeria. They focus on high-tech greenhouse vegetables, aquaculture, agroforestry, livestock, and community outgrower programs.
Job Description:
- The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance the Company’s brand visibility.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supervising sales teams, and ensuring effective promotion of the Company’s agricultural products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Manage key client accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate negotiations and close high-value deals with clients and partners.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (digital, print, and field marketing).
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent corporate messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
- Supervise social media and digital marketing activities.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales and marketing team.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure alignment between sales operations and marketing strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 5–7 years proven experience in sales and marketing (agricultural sector experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of sales strategy development and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Salary
