Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and professional Sales Agent to join our team in Lagos. This role is perfect for a science-oriented professional who wants to transition into or grow within the healthcare sales industry. You will be the face of our medical solutions, building strategic relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals across the Lagos Island corridor. If you have the drive to achieve targets and the technical background to demonstrate our solutions effectively, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Sales Growth: Actively promote and sell high-quality medical equipment and healthcare solutions to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Business Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers.

  • Product Advocacy: Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to convince stakeholders of the value of our solutions.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable feedback to management.

  • Reporting: Maintain meticulous sales records and provide consistent weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Customer Success: Ensure excellent post-sale support, fostering loyalty and brand trust.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.Sc./HND in Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or medical equipment sales.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • High level of discipline in documentation and reporting.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Resilience and the ability to work independently to meet challenging targets.

  • Mobility: Must be comfortable and capable of traveling extensively within the assigned Lagos Island territories.
