Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Retail Store Manager to lead our team and elevate our daily operations. This role is designed for a "lead-from-the-front" professional who can seamlessly balance the high-stakes environment of the sales floor with the meticulous administrative rigor required behind the scenes. You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, upholding premium brand standards, and mentoring a high-performance team to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Requirements:
Leadership & People Development
Team Mentorship: Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of sales staff and support officers to meet collective goals.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and lead daily sales meetings to ensure alignment with store objectives and KPIs.
Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and high-performance workplace culture rooted in brand values.
Sales Strategy & Commercial Performance
KPI Driven Growth: Develop and execute strategic tactics to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly store targets.
Data Analysis: Rigorously analyze sales reports and market trends to identify new opportunities for inventory optimization and revenue generation.
Conversion Optimization: Implement techniques to improve customer footfall conversion and average transaction value.
Operational & Administrative Excellence
End-to-End Oversight: Ensure the seamless running of all store processes, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order processing.
Administrative Synergy: Collaborate closely with the Retail Support team to ensure accurate record-keeping, CRM management, and smooth inter-departmental communication.
Systems Management: Oversee the effective use of POS software and invoicing procedures to maintain financial accuracy.
Brand Standards & Customer Experience
Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store aesthetics, ensuring all displays are consistent with global brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the final point of escalation for complex customer inquiries, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of the brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Retail Management.
High Preference: Direct experience in Beauty or Luxury Retail sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious financial targets.
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
