Job Description:
- Customer Assistance & Selling: Greet and welcome customers into the store, actively assess their needs, provide expert product information, and persuade them to make purchases.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed personal and store-wide sales goals, upsell complementary items, and promote current store discounts, bundles, or loyalty programs.
- Merchandising & Visual Display: Maintain optimal store appearance by organizing shelves, folding clothes or stacking items, and ensuring products are beautifully displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels on the floor, restock items from the storehouse promptly, ensure accurate price tags are attached, and assist with periodic stock counts.
