We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Resident Control Officer (RCO) in Internal Control is responsible for overseeing and ensuring effective internal control processes within a designated location or business unit.
• The RCO acts as the first line of defense by monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and implementing control measures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in internal audit, internal control, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO, SOX, etc.) and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with high ethical standards and integrity.
