Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Reservation & Ticketing Officer to anchor our travel operations engine. In the global aviation and hospitality landscape, success is defined by "Travel Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex flight reservations and ticket issuance with the clinical precision required for hotel coordination, visa advisory, and documentation integrity. This role is designed for a "Mobility Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (handling reissues, refunds, and cancellations) with the "Consultative Agility" required to provide high-fidelity visa documentation checklists and customized travel packages.

Requirements:

1. Ticketing Orchestration & Policy Governance

• Reservation Sovereignty: Manage end-to-end flight reservations and ticket issuance via airline portals, ensuring every booking acts as a "Source of Accuracy" for the traveler.

• Transaction Architecture: Process reissues, refunds, and cancellations with clinical precision, maintaining strict compliance with airline and company "Source of Policy."

• Documentation Logic: Prepare high-fidelity itineraries and invoices that serve as the "Clear Narrative" for the client’s journey and financial records.

2. Mobility Resilience & Coordination Logic

• Package Architecture: Process hotel bookings, airport transfers, and customized travel packages, acting as the primary "Source of Value" for the guest’s end-to-end experience.

• Visa Advisory Sovereignty: Provide expert guidance and documentation checklists for visa applications, ensuring clients are "Audit-Ready" for their international travel requirements.

• Liaison Power: Coordinate synchronously with airlines, consolidators, and hotels to resolve bottlenecks, acting as the "Source of Resolution" for all service delivery issues.

3. Data Integrity & Client Diplomacy

• CRM Sovereignty: Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to maintain precise booking records and customer data, ensuring the "Source of Insight" is up to date.

• Communication Power: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with professional poise, maintaining the brand as the "Source of Choice" for travel services.

• Reporting Architecture: Maintain millimetric transaction logs and performance data, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for operational decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of robust experience in travel, reservations, and ticketing operations.

• Technical Mastery: High-velocity proficiency in CRM tools and a deep working knowledge of international travel requirements and visa processes.
