Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in English, with a clear and professional speaking voice (British or American accent preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to speak confidently on the phone and read from a script comfortably.
• Stable, wired internet connection with minimum speeds of:
• 50 Mbps download
• 25 Mbps upload
• A laptop that meets the following specifications:
• Intel Core i5 processor (8th, 9th, or 10th generation)
• 8GB or 16GB RAM
• 128GB or 256GB SSD
• Windows 10
• Access to a high-quality headset for calls
• Reliable power supply during working hours.
