We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition, lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth across Club Concierge’s services and products.
  • The role supports both physical and digital growth initiatives, ensuring consistent funnel expansion, conversion optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel-related inquiries, bookings, and support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand needs and upcoming travel plans.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:

  • Execute growth strategies to acquire new clients and partners.
  • Conduct on-ground activation campaigns, outdoor engagements, and outreach activities.
  • Generate leads through events, partnerships, cold outreach, and community networks.
  • Track and report leads generated and conversions achieved.

 Digital & Social Growth Support:

  • Support digital marketing activities including content distribution, social media engagement, and online lead capture.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to run campaigns, retargeting activities, and funnel optimization.
  • Monitor inquiries from social media, website, WhatsApp, and other digital channels and ensure fast response time.

Sales Funnel & Conversion Support:

  • Follow up on leads from campaigns, referrals, and activations.
  • Schedule demos, consultations, and onboarding sessions for prospects.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Experience team to ensure leads convert into paying clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

Market Activation & Community Engagement:

  • Represent Club Concierge at activations, events, exhibitions, religious gatherings, corporate functions, and partner locations.
  • Promote GoTravelCC, CCI experiences, and other verticals during activations.
  • Build relationships within communities, campuses, churches, lifestyle hubs, and business clusters to drive awareness.

Research & Insights:

  • Conduct competitor research and gather market intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Monitor customer behaviors, feedback, and market trends to support product improvement.
  • Share insights with the Growth Manager to refine growth strategies.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly growth reports.
  • Track KPIs including leads generated, conversion rate, engagement rate, and activation outcomes.
  • Document all activities, learnings, and opportunities discovered.

Support for Partnerships & Business Development:

  • Support meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with new and existing partners.
  • Assist in executing partnership campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
  • Identify organizations, churches, estates, and clubs that can drive customer acquisition.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated weekly/monthly.
  • Conversion rate from leads to paying customers.
  • Activation performance metrics (reach, leads, sign-ups).
  • Response time to inquiries across all platforms.
  • CRM accuracy and completeness.
  • Contribution to revenue growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3 years+ experience in sales, marketing, growth, or field activation roles.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Previous field sales or activation experience is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive with the ability to think creatively and execute growth ideas quickly.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing basics (social media, funnels, lead capture).
  • Ability to work independently and in the field.
  • Persuasive and confident public engagement ability.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based activities required.
  • Some weekend and evening engagements may be required depending on activations.
