Job Description:

We are seeking a strategically elite, process-obsessed, and growth-driven Logistics Governor to anchor the multi-site command center of our regional operation. In the high-velocity world of last-mile delivery where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of parcel throughput and the precision of the routing-filter success is defined by "Regional Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex multi-site operations with the clinical precision required for Logistics-Network Architecture, Franchise-Governance Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Pickup-Volume Momentum. This role is designed as a "Regional Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious supply chain leader who can blend "Logistics Grit" (mastering the complexities of route planning and fleet coordination) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Last-Mile Operations.

Requirements:

1. Logistics Sovereignty & Network Architecture

• Sovereignty of Flow: Oversee multi-site operations (pickup/movement/delivery/returns), acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Parcel Throughput."

• Network Architecture: Develop operational strategies to optimize routing/fleet coordination, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless delivery.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with safety and quality standards, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Business Intelligence

• Pickup Sovereignty: Develop the site pickup business by identifying growth channels, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue-Expansion Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Manage site-level budgets and cost-efficiency measures, providing the "Functional Foundation" for improved profitability.

• Stakeholder Stewardship: Liaise with clients to provide tailored logistics solutions, maintaining the "Source of Customer-Satisfaction."

3. Operational Fidelity & Leadership Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor and evaluate site-manager performance and KPI/SLA adherence, acting as the primary "Source of Process-Insight."

• Leadership Architecture: Mentor and support site-manager teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a high-performance culture.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Data-Analytics to identify process improvements, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Operational Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/HND (MSc/MBA preferred) in Business, Logistics, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in logistics/e-commerce (2–3 years in management); proven track record in hub/franchise management and KPI/SLA execution.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Operations Management, Route Planning, Fleet Coordination, and Data Reporting Tools (ERP/Excel).

• Aptitude: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and analytical capabilities; ability to manage complex, multi-site ecosystems under pressure.

• Mindset: Disciplined, target-driven, and ready to maintain "Regional Sovereignty" in a fast-paced, high-stakes logistics environment.
