We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Recruitment Consultant to anchor the acquisition engine of Day Spring Consulting. In a specialized consulting landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the placement and the precision of the client solution success is defined by "Talent Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize end-to-end recruitment with the clinical precision required for Lead Generation, Client Engagement, and Market Expansion. This role is designed for a "Hiring Architect", specifically a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (identifying and reaching potential clients) with the "Strategic Agility" required to deliver Tailored Hiring Solutions.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Sovereignty of Sourcing: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of High-Quality Talent."
Solution Architecture: Engage clients to provide tailored hiring frameworks, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite institutional partnership.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain precise records of candidates and job openings, ensuring the "Source of Operational Data" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Commercial Logic
Growth Sovereignty: Identify and reach out to potential clients for business expansion, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Engagement Architecture: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close hiring mandates, providing the "Functional Foundation" for consultancy revenue.
Reporting Stewardship: Prepare high-fidelity weekly recruitment and engagement reports, maintaining the "Source of Performance Intelligence."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Network Sovereignty: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Readiness."
Consulting Architecture: Advise clients on market trends and salary benchmarks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for expert-level consulting.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of recruitment expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Placement" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Consultancy Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of proven experience in Recruitment, HR, or Sales.
Technical Power: Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
Location: Must be based in Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid availability).
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 net monthly.
