As the first point of contact, you will manage our reception area with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that every visitor and caller receives an exceptional experience while providing essential administrative support to our team.
Requirements:
Front Desk Excellence: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and guests.
Communication Management: Efficiently handle incoming calls, inquiries, and professional correspondence.
Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, document filing, and general office coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Professional Representation: Maintain a neat, orderly, and highly professional reception area that reflects our company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in any relevant field.
Preference: Current or prospective NYSC Corps Members are highly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications is a significant advantage.
