Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite NYSC Intern to anchor the digital engagement engine of our Sangotedo operations. In the rapidly evolving digital landscape of Lagos, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative storytelling with the clinical precision required for Community Management, Performance Analytics, and Brand Consistency. This role is designed for a "Content Architect" currently serving in the NYSC who can blend "Creative Grit" (producing engaging posts) with the "Analytical Agility" required to interpret Social Media Performance Metrics.

Requirements:

1. Content Orchestration & Channel Governance

• Creative Sovereignty: Create and curate high-fidelity content for all social media channels, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Aspiration."

• Community Architecture: Manage and nurture online communities with professional poise, providing the "Structural Foundation" for positive customer interactions.

• Identity Stewardship: Ensure brand voice and identity are consistently represented across digital platforms, maintaining the "Source of Visual Integrity."

2. Analytical Resilience & Performance Logic

• Metric Sovereignty: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Led Insights."

• Reporting Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare periodic performance dossiers, providing the "Source of Management Visibility."

• Optimization Stewardship: Identify trends in audience behavior and recommend content improvements, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

3. Professional Integrity & Collaborative Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

• Location: Must reside in or around the Sangotedo axis, Lagos (proximity is a strategic advantage).

• Education: Undergraduate degree (Required) in a relevant field.
