Job Description:

We are seeking a strategically elite and operationally rigorous Purchasing/Procurement Supervisor to anchor the financial immune system and supply-chain engine of our organization. In a high-velocity market where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the procurement-cycle and the precision of the cost-filter success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex demand forecasting with the clinical precision required for Contract Negotiation, Vendor-Ecosystem Accountability, and Inventory-Continuity Architecture. This role is designed as an "Operational Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious procurement leader who can blend "Procurement Grit" (mastering the complexities of sourcing and negotiation) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Project Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Fiscal Sovereignty & Procurement Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Budget: Develop and implement procurement strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Efficiency."

• Forecasting Architecture: Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and develop procurement plans, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational continuity.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a Purchasing Supervisor or similar procurement leadership role.

• Technical Power: Deep proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite; strong understanding of cost-reduction strategies.
