Job Description:

In this hybrid, full-time role, you will be the bridge between our clients and their target audiences. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, securing high-value media placements, and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Requirements:

• Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive PR campaigns that align with client business goals and resonate with target audiences.

• Media Relations: Build and maintain an active network of journalists, editors, and influencers. Pitch stories, secure features, and manage media inquiries to maximize brand visibility.

• Content Excellence: Produce high-quality content, including press releases, op-eds, speeches, and briefing notes, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

• Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor, leading client meetings and providing strategic counsel, status reports, and quarterly performance reviews.

• Crisis Management: Assist in the development of crisis communication plans and provide composed, real-time counsel during sensitive reputational risks.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate with digital and creative teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Professional Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., NIPR, CIPR, PRSA) are a significant advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience, preferably within a PR or communications agency setting.

• Skills:

  • Proven track record of securing media coverage and executing multi-channel campaigns.

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).

  • Strong crisis communication instincts and the ability to work under pressure.

• Attributes: High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and an active, verifiable network of media contacts.
