Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically disciplined Project Manager to anchor the growth of our beauty brand. In the fast-moving retail and cosmetics sector, success is defined by "Execution Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex marketing campaigns and product launches with the clinical precision required for store operations and budget management. This role is designed for a "Brand Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (overseeing in-store activations) with the "Technical Agility" required to master project management tools and timeline engineering.
Requirements:
1. Content Orchestration & Visual Sovereignty
Field Capture: Visit project sites at least once weekly to capture high-fidelity photo and video assets of ongoing and completed construction, ensuring transparency and progress are communicated to stakeholders.
Experiential Storytelling: Capture high-quality images and video of guest experiences, positioning the resort as the primary "Source of Choice" for luxury travel.
Narrative Engineering: Create and manage on-brand content across blogs, social media, and newsletters that synchronously aligns with our brand positioning and growth goals.
2. Digital Governance & Growth Logic
Presence Management: Optimize the resort’s digital footprint across the website and social media platforms, ensuring "Zero-Friction" navigation and engagement for potential guests.
Advertising Stewardship: Oversee online advertising campaigns—from initial planning and implementation to performance analysis—to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
Market Reconnaissance: Conduct clinical research into industry trends and competitor activities, identifying new opportunities for brand expansion and digital innovation.
3. Relationship Diplomacy & Event Synergy
Influencer Orchestration: Build and nurture high-trust relationships with media outlets and relevant influencers to generate positive brand coverage and earned media.
Event Integration: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute special events, ensuring digital coverage is high-fidelity and reaches the target audience in real-time.
Analytics Fidelity: Utilize advanced editing and analytics knowledge to monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on a "Data-Driven" understanding of engagement.
