Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead our strategic initiatives from conception through to successful delivery. This role is designed for a professional who excels at turning high-level goals into actionable, time-bound plans. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while serving as the central point of coordination for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined leader who can balance technical project tracking with the soft skills required to manage high-performing teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

Strategic Planning & Scoping

• Project Definition: Clearly define project scopes, measurable goals, and specific deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

• Roadmapping: Develop detailed project plans, realistic timelines, and comprehensive budgets to ensure clear direction for all involved parties.

• Documentation Management: Maintain thorough project documentation and establish clear communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed.

Execution & Team Coordination

• Resource Management: Assign tasks effectively, monitor team performance, and coordinate efforts across internal departments and external partners.

• Operational Oversight: Track project progress rigorously, identifying potential bottlenecks and adjusting plans proactively to maintain momentum.

• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Quality & Reporting

• Standard Compliance: Ensure every project outcome meets our internal quality standards and fulfills the core business intent.

• Executive Reporting: Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management, providing transparency on budget health and milestone achievement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated Project Management role.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting.

• Core Competencies:

  • Leadership: Strong ability to inspire teams and hold members accountable for deliverables.

  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving conflicts and technical challenges.

  • Adaptability: Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.

• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
