Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Project Manager to anchor the execution engine of our Abuja-based operations. In a specialized infrastructure and construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the critical path and the precision of the budget success is defined by "Project Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Architectural, and Engineering) with the clinical precision required for Resource Orchestration, Scope Control, and Schedule Adherence. This role is designed for a "Delivery Architect", specifically a professional with at least 10 years of experience in construction or engineering who can blend "Structural Grit" (managing budgets and mitigating risks) with the "Strategic Agility" required to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance

• Scope Sovereignty: Plan and execute projects within defined boundaries with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Project Definition."

• Schedule Architecture: Monitor and complete projects within the established timeline, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational throughput.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and client expectations, ensuring the "Source of Execution Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic

• Coordination Sovereignty: Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage resources efficiently, acting as the primary "Source of Human Capital Optimization."

• Budget Architecture: Track progress against financial constraints and resolve budgetary issues, providing the "Functional Foundation" for fiscal sustainability.

• Risk Stewardship: Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, maintaining the "Source of Risk Mitigation."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Stakeholder Sovereignty: Manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate complex requirements, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Harmony."

• Reporting Architecture: Utilize MS Project, Primavera, or Excel to generate high-fidelity reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive oversight.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of engineering/construction expertise to accelerate the "Planning-to-Completion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, specifically in construction, architecture, or engineering.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or Excel.

• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or other professional certifications are a significant advantage.
