Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Project Manager to anchor the execution engine of our Ogun-based operations. In the specialized landscape of modern industrial and corporate projects, success is defined by "Project Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex timelines with the clinical precision required for Planning, Resource Coordination, and Budgetary Governance. This role is designed for a "Delivery Architect" with 5–8 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (executing and monitoring daily project tasks) with the "Strategic Agility" required to close projects in line with overarching organizational visions.

Requirements:

1. Execution Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance

• Planning Sovereignty: Develop comprehensive project blueprints and schedules with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Direction."

• Budgetary Architecture: Manage project finances and cost-allocation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal responsibility.

• Closing Stewardship: Ensure formal project closure and post-implementation reviews, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Learning" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic

• Resource Sovereignty: Coordinate people, materials, and equipment to maximize output, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Optimization."

• Stakeholder Architecture: Manage internal and external expectations through proactive communication, providing the "Relational Foundation" for project transparency.

• Monitoring Stewardship: Track project health against predefined KPIs, maintaining the "Source of Real-Time Calibration."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Quality Sovereignty: Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and project specs, acting as the primary "Source of Deliverable Excellence."

• Risk Architecture: Identify potential project threats and develop mitigation strategies, providing the "Protective Foundation" for project continuity.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–8 years of professional management expertise to resolve site or office bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Strategic Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 5 – 8 years of proven hands-on experience in project management.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or Project Management).

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

• Skills: Expert proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, or Trello).

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ogun State.
