Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and mission-driven Project Coordinator to anchor the operational and financial engine of our Foundation. In the specialized landscape of mental well-being and behavioral health, where impact is measured by "Mind Renewal" success is defined by "Programmatic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex outreach activities with the clinical precision required for Resource Mobilization, Grant Accountability, and Stakeholder Synergy. This role is designed for a "Social Architect" with at least 4 years of experience who can blend "Advocacy Grit" (supervising mental health projects) with the "Strategic Agility" required to engineer compelling funding proposals and donor partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Resource Orchestration & Mobilization Governance
Fundraising Sovereignty: Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Sustainability."
Proposal Architecture: Identify grant opportunities and prepare concept notes, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term program delivery.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure full resource accountability in accordance with donor guidelines, ensuring the "Source of Donor Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Programmatic Logic
Implementation Sovereignty: Coordinate all behavioral health projects and work plans, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Alignment."
Documentation Architecture: Maintain comprehensive records and data management systems, providing the "Functional Foundation" for evidence-based reporting.
Budgetary Stewardship: Manage program expenditures and outreach logistics, maintaining the "Source of Cost-Efficiency."
3. Operational Integrity & Partnership Power
Stakeholder Sovereignty: Establish strategic partnerships with health professionals and government agencies, acting as the primary "Source of Collaborative Impact."
Team Architecture: Supervise project staff and foster a culture of continuous learning, providing the "Human Foundation" for a productive work environment.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 4+ years of NGO expertise to identify capacity-building needs and process improvements in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Mission Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Public Health (Postgraduate in Project Management is an advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in program coordination, preferably in the health or non-profit sector.
Domain Power: Demonstrable experience in Grant Writing, Fundraising, and Behavioral Health advocacy.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management methodologies.
