Job Description:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop and manage production plans in line with collection schedules.
• Oversee pattern drafting and garment construction, providing technical guidance to tailors and beaders.
• Work closely with designers to interpret design concepts into production-ready pieces.
• Handle pattern drafting and guide tailors/beaders through construction processes.
• Maintain quality control at every stage of production.
• Communicate and collaborate with designers to achieve desired outcomes.
• Supervise and motivate production staff to meet deadlines.
• Manage fabric and material usage in coordination with procurement.
• Provide professional updates and address client/design requests promptly.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to liaise with designers and clients.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree 
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in garment production (with supervisory experience).
• Strong knowledge of pattern drafting, garment construction, and fabrics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure high-quality output.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other production planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
