Job Description:

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own the product backlog and ensure it is prioritised based on business value, risk, and customer impact
• Continuously gather and analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
• Leaddaily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams
• Work closely with engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing
• Communicate progress, risks, and delivery timelines to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile project management tools
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding of APIs, web/mobile products, and backend systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in fintech, payments, or eCommerce
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
