Job Description:

• We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and experienced
  Preauratint Offficer to mange sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships while ensuring cost effective procurement processes that support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food, beverages, and operational supplies
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable pricing
• Ensure all purchases meet quality standards and company requrem
• Monitor stock levels with the Inventory Officer to prevent shortages
• Track deliveries and resolve supplier-related isues
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good organizational and analytical abilities
• Experience in procurement or purchasing roles
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
