Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our end-to-end sourcing operations. You will be responsible for building robust supplier relationships, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring the seamless delivery of materials to keep our production and project timelines on track. This role requires a professional who can balance tactical day-to-day purchasing with high-level supply chain strategy in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Requirements:

  • Strategy & Sourcing: Drive procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives; identify, evaluate, and partner with high-quality suppliers.

  • Negotiation & Vendor Management: Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable pricing and service terms; manage ongoing performance and reliability of our vendor network.

  • Operational Oversight: Direct the purchasing lifecycle from purchase order issuance to final delivery while maintaining tight coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure procurement activities align with project needs and budget constraints.

  • Risk & Compliance: Proactively monitor market trends and supply chain risks; ensure all purchasing activities adhere to strict ethical, legal, and company regulatory standards.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, conduct thorough cost analyses, and provide actionable procurement reports to leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of professional procurement experience, ideally within the industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or steel sectors.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Supply Chain Acumen: Deep understanding of inventory control, supply chain logistics, and contract management.

  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage complex data, evaluate pricing fluctuations, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation tactics, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
