Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Procurement Coordinator to anchor the resource engine of our construction and engineering operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where project momentum is dictated by the lead times of specialized equipment and the precision of the material specifications success is defined by "Supply Chain Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize site requirements with the clinical precision required for Vendor Management, Cost Control, and ERP Governance. This role is designed for a "Procurement Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience (preferably in construction/engineering) who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (sourcing specialized suppliers and optimizing costs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to track complex KPIs and manage multiple project priorities independently.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Sourcing Governance
Procurement Sovereignty: Coordinate end-to-end activities for construction materials and equipment, acting as the primary "Source of Material Readiness."
Supplier Architecture: Source and evaluate specialized vendors and subcontractors, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite project site support.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and ethical standards, ensuring the "Source of Corporate Governance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic
Order Sovereignty: Raise purchase orders and track real-time status to avoid project delays, acting as the primary "Source of Schedule Security."
Cost Architecture: Support optimization through detailed price comparisons and supplier negotiations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for budget adherence.
Liaison Stewardship: Confirm pricing, lead times, and service levels with suppliers, maintaining the "Source of Supply Chain Visibility."
3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
Stakeholder Sovereignty: Work closely with site managers to align procurement with field priorities, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Synergy."
Reporting Architecture: Track KPIs including turnaround time and cost savings to prepare management summaries, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven improvement.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 4 years of engineering sector expertise to resolve lead-time bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 4 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience (Construction or Engineering sector preferred).
Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems; ERP experience is an advantage.
Domain Mastery: Strong knowledge of vendor management, cost control, and resource planning.
