Job Description:
- We are seeking reliable, target-driven, and client-oriented POS Sales Agents to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales of digital products, delivering excellent client/merchant management, and ensuring maximum client/merchant satisfaction in all business-related activities.
What you will do
- Go into the field to recruit and onboard merchants and users to start using the company’s POS system
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of the POS products to businesses and individuals
- Manage leads and complete the onboarding process from start to finish
- Maintain relationships with merchants and users to ensure continued engagement
- Track daily activities, report results, and provide feedback from the field.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc or HND
- Must have completed NYSC
- At least 1 year of sales or field experience
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries is a plus
- Confident, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
- Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.
Salary
