Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and sales-driven Pharmacologist to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role is a unique hybrid of clinical support, retail sales, and digital health advocacy. We are looking for someone who views a community pharmacy not just as a point of sale, but as a trusted healthcare hub. If you are confident in your ability to drive sales, eager to educate patients, and skilled at creating engaging health content, you are the ideal fit for our growing practice.

Requirements:

• Sales & Customer Experience: Actively promote wellness items, supplements, and personal care products. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term relationships with walk-in and corporate clients.

• Patient Support: Provide guidance on product usage and dosage under pharmacist supervision. You will maintain a patient follow-up tracker to ensure medication adherence and chronic care management.

• Inventory Stewardship: Maintain meticulous stock records, monitor expiry dates using FIFO/FEFO methods, and ensure shelves are optimally stocked and organized.

• Pharmacy Operations: Assist in prescription processing, packaging, and maintaining a professional, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment.

• Health Content Creation: Research and write engaging health articles, wellness tips, and social media content to educate our community and drive brand visibility.

• Marketing & Growth: Support outreach initiatives, awareness campaigns, and product promotions to grow our customer base.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of B.Sc. or relevant qualification in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Sales, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in pharmacy retail, healthcare sales, or pharmaceutical sales is highly valued. Strong sales ability is a non-negotiable prerequisite.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).

• Creative Aptitude: Ability to simplify complex health topics into clear, engaging articles for blogs or social media.
