Requirements:
Dispensing Support
Prescription Intake: Receive and review prescriptions, ensuring all patient information is accurately entered into the pharmacy software system.
Medication Preparation: Package and label medications, preparing them for final verification by the licensed pharmacist.
Accuracy: Maintain a high level of precision to ensure the right medication reaches the right patient.
Customer Service
Patient Interaction: Greet customers warmly, answer phone inquiries, and provide a professional point of contact for the pharmacy.
Prescription Release: Handle the final step of releasing prepared medications to patients, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Inventory & Logistics
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, stock shelves, and ensure that all medications are stored according to safety and regulatory standards.
Ordering: Assist in ordering new supplies and medications to ensure the pharmacy remains fully stocked at all times.
Administrative Duties
Record Keeping: Maintain and update patient records and filing systems with strict confidentiality.
Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately using the cash register and manage daily sales records.
