Job Description:
- We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Chief Medical Director (CMD) in managing daily activities and driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal support to the CMD.
- Handle correspondence and follow-ups.
- Assist with content coordination, including basic video content support.
- Take initiative in managing tasks and ensuring timely execution.
- Support day-to-day operations as required.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (Female preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with video content creation/editing is an added advantage.
- Proximity to the Island is an added advantage.
