Job Description:

  • This is a top-level household operations and personal executive support role, designed for a mature, strategic, and systems-oriented leader who can manage the personal, family, and domestic ecosystem of a global ministry leader with excellence, structure, and foresight.
  • This is not a basic assistant role. It requires intuitive judgment, operational oversight, emotional intelligence, leadership of domestic staff, and the ability to manage complex family logistics with precision and confidentiality.
  • S/he will ensure that the Apostle/Director’s personal and domestic affairs are professionally managed, structured, and aligned to enable focus on global ministerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide structured executive oversight of all personal and domestic affairs of the Director
  • Lead and manage household operations and domestic staff with professionalism
  • Coordinate family logistics, schedules, education, and home management systems
  • Implement administrative systems for personal documentation and reporting
  • Ensure seamless travel, wardrobe, lifestyle, and family-related planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Home Management, Hospitality Management, or related field (advanced degree is an advantage).
  • 3 – 7 years experience supporting high-profile executives or leading structured household operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing domestic staff and complex family logistics.
  • Proven track record in executive-level personal assistance.
  • Experience within faith-based or high-integrity environments is an advantage.
  • Advanced organizational and systems-development skills
  • Strong leadership and staff management capability
  • High emotional intelligence and relational maturity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial prudence and structured documentation ability
  • Problem-solving and proactive decision-making
  • Ability to operate calmly under pressure.

Salary

N250,000 per month.
