Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and discreetly elite Personal Assistant (Confidential Secretary) to anchor the operational engine of the CEO’s office. In the specialized landscape of Abuja’s executive sector, success is defined by "Executive Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex schedules with the clinical precision required for Diary Filtering, Travel Logistics, and Confidential Correspondence. This role is designed for a "Flow Architect" with a degree in Secretarial Studies or Office Management who can blend "Relational Grit" (managing guests and high-level phone inquiries) with the "Technical Agility" required to type medical reports and manage digital filing systems.
Requirements:
1. Diary Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance
Schedule Sovereignty: Manage and filter the CEO’s diary and email with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Time-Protection."
Logistics Architecture: Coordinate travel and accommodation to match the CEO’s exact requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless local and international movement.
Briefing Stewardship: Manage the end-to-end process of calling for briefings, ensuring the "Source of CEO Preparedness" is elite and uncompromised for every engagement.
2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic
Filtering Sovereignty: Redirect general queries and invitations with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Information Integrity."
Documentation Architecture: Prepare correspondence and draft general replies on behalf of the CEO, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for professional external relations.
Meeting Stewardship: Minute general meetings and complete research assignments, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Record-Keeping."
3. Professional Integrity & Performance Power
Technical Sovereignty: Type medical reports and manage administrative mobile telephones, acting as the primary "Source of Clinical and Digital Accuracy."
Service Architecture: Provide a bespoke service aligned with the CEO’s specific work habits, providing the "Visual Foundation" for a premium guest experience.
