Job Description:

We are looking for a high-velocity, intellectually curious Personal Assistant to serve as the operational backbone and creative engine for the Principal. This is a unique "hybrid" role for a 21st-century polymath—someone who can conduct a deep-dive market analysis in the morning and edit a viral-ready TikTok by the afternoon.

You are the bridge between raw information and high-impact action. Your mission is threefold: Organize the principal's life, Research & Document the principal's world, and Amplify the principal’s brand through digital storytelling. If you are a Notion-power-user, a CapCut wizard, and a meticulous documenter of details, this is your platform.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge Management & Research

  • In-depth Intelligence: Research industry trends, competitor movements, and high-value opportunities, compiling them into actionable briefing documents.

  • Structured Documentation: Act as the "Scribe" for all meetings, work sessions, and brainstorming loops—ensuring minutes and memos are retrievable and accurate.

  • The "Second Brain": Build and maintain a centralized digital knowledge base (using tools like Notion or Trello) to support long-term decision-making.

2. Creative Production & Viral Strategy

  • The "Creative Amplifier": Transform research insights and everyday activities into viral-ready short-form content (Reels, TikTok, X clips).

  • Scripting & Storytelling: Write compelling hooks and narratives that translate the principal’s expertise into educational and engaging digital content.

  • BTS Documentation: Capture "Behind-the-Scenes" moments and repurpose them across multiple platforms to maintain a consistent digital presence.

3. Administrative Excellence & Gatekeeping

  • Precision Scheduling: Manage high-stakes calendars, logistics, and correspondence with a proactive mindset.

  • Problem Solving: Anticipate needs before they arise, acting as a buffer to protect the principal’s time and focus.

  • Task Architecture: Track deadlines and follow-ups with obsessive attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Age: 22 – 27 years (Targeted at Gen-Z/Millennial digital natives).

  • Location: Abuja (or willing to relocate).

  • Experience: Proven experience as a PA, Researcher, or Content Creator.

  • Compensation: ₦250,000 (Net).

Technical Competencies

  • Digital Literacy: Mastery of Google Workspace, Notion/ClickUp, and CapCut/Canva.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to structure logic clearly in long-form and write "hooks" for short-form.

  • Viral Mechanics: Strong understanding of platform algorithms (TikTok, IG, X).

  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools for research and productivity is a strong advantage.
