Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate operatives on duty
• Ensure operatives are smartly dressed
• Monitor operatives reports and daily occurrence logs
• Respond to major incidents and emergencies
• Guide operatives on proper conduct and procedures
• Ensure compliance with security policies and instructions
• Communicate with management and control room
• Investigate incidents and submit detailed report
• Discipline operatives when necessary
• Evaluate operatives performance and give feedback.
