Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Officer to anchor the execution engine of our Karu-based operations. In a specialized multi-service landscape where success is dictated by the speed of international admissions and the precision of parcel tracking success is defined by "Service Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize logistics, travel, and education consultancy with the clinical precision required for Flight Reservations, Visa Documentation, and Cargo Tracking. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" who can blend "Logistical Grit" (coordinating drivers and dispatch) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate university admissions and hotel itineraries.

Requirements:

1. Logistics Orchestration & Documentation Governance

• Shipment Sovereignty: Coordinate daily logistics, dispatch, and delivery tracking with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Cargo Velocity."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain accurate logistics records and travel documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for error-free international movement.

• Integrity Stewardship: Liaise with airlines, visa providers, and education partners, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Global Mobility Logic

• Travel Sovereignty: Manage flight reservations, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries, acting as the primary "Source of Client Journey Security."

• Study Abroad Architecture: Guide prospective students through university admissions and transcript requirements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for international education success.

• Service Stewardship: Serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries and complaints, maintaining the "Source of Customer Satisfaction."

3. Operational Integrity & Partner Power

• Vendor Sovereignty: Maintain relationships with logistics vendors and international educational institutions, acting as the primary "Source of Service Standardization."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare periodic operational reports for management, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven process improvement.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Operational Scheduling to ensure all service deadlines (logistics, travel, and admissions) are met in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in Logistics, Travel Agency operations, or Educational Consultancy.

• Domain Power: Strong understanding of Study Abroad processes and international travel requirements.

• Technical Mastery: Ability to develop and maintain Operational Schedules and multi-sector reporting.

• Attributes: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
