Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented Operations/Marketing Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt. In this dual-focused role, you will be instrumental in managing the seamless daily operations of our catering and camp services while aggressively driving business development to secure new contracts. Requirements:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee, coordinate, and optimize daily catering and camp service operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

• Business Development: Actively source and secure new catering contracts, driving business growth and expanding our market footprint.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients across all service sectors.

• Strategic Reporting & Proposals: Draft professional quotations, business proposals, and detailed analytical reports to support management decision-making.

• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and service adoption.

• Cost Management: Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-control initiatives to improve profitability.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all services strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and food safety standards.

• Performance Tracking: Prepare and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in catering operations or similar managerial roles. Previous experience in industrial catering services is a strong advantage.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge: Expertise in cost control, modern marketing strategies, and operational reporting.

• Age Profile: 35–40 years.
