Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned, authoritative, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day security operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring that our security personnel are expertly trained, deployed, and managed. We need a leader who brings operational discipline, a keen eye for risk management, and the ability to maintain the highest service standards across all client locations. Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all security operations across assigned locations. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure strict compliance with company policies and client requirements.

• Workforce Planning & Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for security guards and supervisors. Develop a pipeline of vetted personnel, manage complex scheduling, and oversee onboarding, ensuring zero operational gaps.

• Training & Capability Building: Design and implement robust training programs. Conduct drills and refresher courses on access control, incident response, and emergency handling. Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure guards are always "mission-ready."

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Conduct periodic performance reviews, proactively address concerns, and support business development by contributing to proposals and service improvement strategies.

• Risk & Compliance: Enforce rigorous discipline, codes of conduct, and professionalism. Investigate security incidents, implement corrective actions, and maintain meticulous operational records and documentation.

• Team Leadership: Supervise field officers, set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and manage staff welfare and conflict resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–7 years of proven experience in security operations management, with a strong background in recruitment and training.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of security procedures, risk management, incident handling, and regulatory compliance.

• Leadership: Strong ability to supervise teams, make decisive operational decisions under pressure, and resolve conflicts.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, client-service orientation, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Agility: Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
