Job Description:

The Operations Manager will ensure that our productions, academy sessions, and other projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can effectively manage schedules, coordinate teams, and drive execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company across productions, academy, and other projects.

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure the timely execution of projects.

  • Coordinate with production teams, tutors, designers, and vendors to meet project timelines.

  • Prepare and manage budgets for productions and programmes.

  • Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met.

  • Manage logistics for rehearsals, performances, training sessions, and programs.

  • Maintain company calendars, resource planning, and task allocation.

  • Ensure team’s compliance with operational policies.

  • Support the lead with strategic planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Certification or degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is a plus.

  • Credible experience in operations or project management, preferably in the arts, events, or creative industries.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

  • Budget management experience.

  • Familiarity with theatre/film or events production.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during productions.

  • Proficiency with project management tools.
