Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our daily business activities in Abuja. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, optimizing resources, and ensuring our facilities and administrative functions run efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Workflow Management: Oversee daily business activities to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure financial discipline.

  • Facilities & Assets: Maintain office infrastructure, workplace safety, and company inventory.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Compliance & Records: Ensure all administrative operations meet legal and regulatory standards; maintain accurate documentation systems.

  • Risk & Security: Oversee security protocols and implement effective risk mitigation measures.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other teams to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4–8 years of proven experience in an operations or management role.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and critical problem-solving abilities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant operational software tools.

  • Best Practices: Deep understanding of operational best practices and compliance standards.
